Zero Balancing 2

EMBODYING CORE ZERO BALANCING

Zero Balancing 2 is the second half of the Core Zero Balancing program. Students completely review the material from ZB 1 while learning new fulcrums and expanding their understanding of how and why Zero Balancing is so effective. This class guides the practitioner to work with greater ease and comfort, to expand perception of the dynamic balancing happening during a session, and to embody the work. ZB 2 is highly recommended for all ZB practitioners who have not taken a ZB course in a while as it includes the most up-to-date methods for performing Zero Balancing.

You Will learn:

  • A review of the basic ZB protocol with an emphasis on quality of touch, focus and positioning of the practitioner
  • To deepen your understanding of ZB theory, principles and techniques
  • Additional techniques to create an expanded protocol
  • New skills and coordination in handling energy and structure
  • How to frame or set goals for a ZB session
  • To advance your ability to work with expanded states of consciousness
  • To give and receive constructive peer feedback
  • To acquire experience in preparation for advanced study

Preparing for your class

Practicing ZB sessions after ZB 1 is the best preparation for ZB 2.  Your learning will be guided by what you have experienced in sessions as well as by new material.  That being said, if you have not practiced as much as you would have liked, ZB 2 gives you the opportunity to fully review what was learned in ZB 1, fill in the gaps, get informed feedback, and expand you work...so don't be shy...join the party!   Feel free to bring your lunch to enjoy onsite and let the instructor know if you need lodging information.

There is limited lodging available on premise, and for those traveling from a distance, we can find you the perfect place to stay in Wilmington or the surrounding area.
