8 minute pyramid meditation for clarifying and strengthening

Here I will guide you through a simple 8 minute meditation to create a clearer and stronger field around yourself, your home, your community, and/or the world. We could all use it right now. This is called the Pyramid Meditation and it comes from my studies in Zero Balancing. Its one of the simple ways you can balance yourself. Please put aside these 8 minutes for yourself, find a quiet and comfortable spot to sit, preferably with you feet on the ground, and join me in connecting to your own self while connecting to Heaven and Earth.
