Learning to Become a Quantum Human

Humanity evolves as our consciousness grows. Consciousness grows with curiosity: attention, listening, meditation, reflection, scientific exploration, direct mysticism, etc. The practice of being curious is, indeed, a powerful evolutionary tool. We are slipping out of our Newtonian snake skins which have grown too tight; we are boring our way out of the chrysalis with new wings; we are emerging into a new quantum in-formed reality where we know and create ourselves and our environment through novel means. It can be squirmy work, transmutation; the learning curve is arduous and steep…

Yet, if we are truly alive, we are constantly learning. It may be small bits, like “eggs and butter are bad for you- no, wait, eggs and butter are good for you”. It may be a gradual cultural shift, like realizing it’s not cool to call your female doctor “honey”. There may be seismic human mobilization when children are separated from parents, when politicians refuse to uphold the law, and when bigotry and hatred become vehicles for personal advancement.

I feel we are on the threshold of learning how to use our superpowers. Research is clear: intention, attention, meditation, prayer, etc. have a scientifically proven effect on reality. In the laboratory, the effect is small in amplitude, but great in statistical confidence. Dean Radin, in his book The Science of Magic, tells us that in the laboratory, the effects of our attention are small because the parameters are designed to be impersonal, objective, and tightly controlled so studies can be reproducible and unbiased. In real-life scenarios, however, there is usually much more motivation behind our actions, intentions, prayers, and wishes. Meditating on world peace calls upon a more highly charged field than whether a random number generator in a psi lab spits out the number one or the number 0. Praying for a friend or family member involves highly charged motivation, emotion, and desire for positive outcomes. Radin believes human abilities like motivation, clarity, imagination, belief, intention, and practice are the energy that fuel the miraculous: cars being lifted off people, spontaneous tumor healing, decreased crime rates when people meditate in large groups.

We know this to be true, yet the occasional effects seem almost a matter of chance. Its easy to write them off. Could this be because we have not harnessed our attention and learned how to maintain a level of creative, generative attention? What will happen when we learn to invite the magic and mystery of the quantum world into our everyday experience? What delightful world will we create when we keep our hearts full and grateful for the beauty and wisdom of nature? What sweet humility will crack our souls open when we realize the trees have been trying to teach us how to survive, how to root and connect and live in harmony and peace, but we didn’t think to ask them; we were not taught to listen.

Fields of energy are real. We live in a plasma field that extends across all space and time, through which everything is connected. Space and time are not linear. Alternate dimensions likely exist. The Milky Way galaxy moves through space at over 7000 miles per hour. Heavenly alignments have energetic significance to life on Earth. The leading edge of scientific discovery often leads to the proclamation that the universes are intelligenct and self-organizing.

Luckily, we don’t have to know about all that, or know what any of it means. I seek scientific and mystical knowledge because it feeds my curiosity. But it is my curiosity that fuels my growth; new neural networks, new synapses, patterns, and perceptions are available when I avoid adhering to THE truth. The interface of knowing and not-knowing is our growing edge.

It is said that it took 300 years for cultural consciousness to accept the shift from a flat Earth to a global Earth. I think we are in a paradigm shift of this magnitude. The stakes are high. The learning curve is steep. Will you lean into the hill, keep walking toward a world of beauty and grace, and have faith that the transformation is worth the effort? It may be easier than it sounds if we invite the power of mystery and magic. It reminds me there are many names and faces for God, names we fight over while forgetting that the idea is to lean into that field of loving intelligence and enjoy it, feeeeeel it in our bodies, bring its resonance to the Earth plane. Perhaps all that is to be done is lean into the field of life, trust in its intelligence, smile at a neighbor, forgive someone, help children grow free and wild, climb a tree, walk barefoot, grow a garden, pray for peace in the heart of all people, love deeply, be grateful, and maybe most importantly, stay curious. Practice believing in the promise of humanity. Darkness cannot grow where light shines. Our light is our awareness, and it will be our quantum superpower when we learn how to use it.

I practice Zero Balancing because, in my experience, it tunes the body, like an antenna, to receive a fuller, more resonant bandwidth of its divine soul. It makes more room in bodies for spirit ot reside. It brings heaven to earth. That’s likely a unique path for each of us. What can you do to feel the beauty of being a conduit between Heaven and Earth?
